Thank you for shopping with DEALBIX. We want you to have a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- Include a clear unboxing video showing the issue
The unboxing video is mandatory for any return, exchange, or damage claim. Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Please note:
- Returns must be approved before sending the product back.
- Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
- Customers are required to pay a fixed return shipping fee of ₹50.

Damages and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it.
If the item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Wrong product delivered
Contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order details
- Unboxing video
- Clear photos of the product
Once verified, we will arrange an exchange or appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include:
- Personal care products
- Used products
- Products without original packaging
- Items without an unboxing video
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for damaged or wrong items.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide a clear unboxing video
- Provide product photos and order details
Once verified, we will process the exchange accordingly.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order only before it is shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account.
Refund processing time:
8–15 business days after the return is approved.
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
