1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within India only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday during business hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you for order verification before shipment.


3. Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

5–7 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on:

  • Your delivery location
  • Courier service availability
  • Weather conditions or unforeseen delays

While we work hard to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹500.

For orders below ₹500, shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

To ensure reliable and fast delivery, we ship orders through trusted courier services such as:

  • Delhivery
  • XpressBees
  • EcomExpress
  • Ekart

The courier partner used may vary depending on your location and service availability.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and SMS.

You can also track your order through the tracking page available on our website.

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time, please contact our support team.


7. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Remote delivery locations

DEALBIX is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.


8. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing an order.

DEALBIX will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately before the order is shipped.


9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept the package

the courier partner may attempt delivery again or return the package to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.


10. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please:

  1. Record an unboxing video
  2. Take clear photos of the product and packaging
  3. Contact us immediately

Our team will review the issue and assist you according to our Return and Refund Policy.
